As you know, the VoC/CX program ended on December 31st, and as a result, this access to data and tools is no longer available.


There are times when customer contact is most valuable, and we believe these are those times. We have responded and are redefining our services to meet the new realities. 

We are offering a series of live-streams where we discuss how we can move forward with CX, EX, CPV and executive interviews. There will be more of them later in February.
